Tiffany F. Turner is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., working primarily out of the Philadelphia office. She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in the defense of asbestos claims and other toxic tort matters. She has also handled the defense of general liability matters, including slip and fall cases, automobile cases, and other product liability matters.

Since joining the firm in 2001, Ms. Turner has managed and litigated cases related to mass and toxic tort matters arising out of exposure to asbestos, as well as litigating cases in general liability matters. For the last several years, she has concentrated her practice in the defense of asbestos-related cases in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Turner’s work on these cases has involved all aspects of litigation, including discovery, expert and fact witness development, and preparation for trial. She has tried more than 30 asbestos cases to verdict in these jurisdictions. Most notably, Ms. Turner successfully defended through verdict one of the first cases to go to trial before the Honorable Eduardo Robreno in the Eastern District.
